  • Gather application onboarding requirements from stakeholders.
  • Analyze requirements and define the scope of work for onboarding.
  • Design workflows, access policies, and provisioning/de-provisioning processes in SailPoint IIQ.
  • Configure SailPoint IIQ to support application onboarding.
  • End to end design of workflow for creation of non-authoritative User, Joiner, leaver, Rehire, Mover, Name change, Service Account creation, Immediate Termination, Customization of Attribute sync, Removal of entitlement (non-connected app) for Leaver process – Email Approval Process
  • Request Access for Role and Entitlement with three level of customization approval process and email notification.
  • Lifecycle Events – Batch Requests – Managing Policies
  • Hands on experience in web services, XML, SOAP and JMS.
  • Hands on Custom connector development experience
  • Involvement in a successful Pursuit of a potential SailPoint client by being part of the RFP response team
  • Conduct comprehensive testing of SailPoint IIQ configurations and onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans and resolve issues.
  • Coordinate with operations teams for smooth deployment of SailPoint IIQ configurations.
  • Create technical documentation, including design specifications and operational procedures.
  • Provide training and support on SailPoint IIQ functionality to end-users and application owners.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and development teams for technical specifications.
  • Ensure the gathered requirements align with the organization’s IAM strategy.
  • Familiarity with integration technologies and protocols (REST, SOAP, LDAP, SQL).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.


  • Having 10+ years of Total IAM experience and having 4+ Years of experience as a SailPoint IIQ Architect with focus on application onboarding.
  • In-depth knowledge of SailPoint IIQ and its components.
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, best practices, and industry standards.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with integration technologies and protocols (REST, SOAP, LDAP, SQL).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications, such as SailPoint Certified Identity IQ Architect, preferred.

  • 8+ years experience, 5+ of which directly working with Salesforce CPQ platform
  • Experience with Salesforce.com including CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) platform, Sales, Service and Analytics Clouds, and building Force.com pages.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com security model including sharing, profiles, and roles supporting large population of users, both internal and external
  • Deep understanding and experience building, setting up and managing customizations through Connected Apps, Custom Objects, Workflows, Domains, Sites, and Metadata migrations
  • Deep experience with the Sales business and daily challenges facing typical Sales Service organizations
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (PDII) certification is a must along with Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification
  • Expert in writing and developing Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Apex classes, integrations, APIs, custom controllers, Force.com APIs / sites and triggers with a proficiency in HTML, XML, JavaScript, SQL, CSS, Ajax, Java and REST-based web services
  • Expertise in writing test classes building triggers, batch classes, future methods etc.
  • Experience with CI/CD and deployment techniques in Salesforce
