  • Design workflows, access policies, and provisioning/de-provisioning processes in SailPoint IIQ.
  • Configure SailPoint IIQ to support application onboarding.
  • End to end design of workflow for creation of non-authoritative User, Joiner, leaver, Rehire, Mover, Name change, Service Account creation, Immediate Termination, Customization of Attribute sync, Removal of entitlement (non-connected app) for Leaver process – Email Approval Process
  • Request Access for Role and Entitlement with three level of customization approval process and email notification.
  • Lifecycle Events – Batch Requests – Managing Policies
  • Hands on experience in web services, XML, SOAP and JMS.
  • Hands on Custom connector development experience
  • Involvement in a successful Pursuit of a potential SailPoint client by being part of the RFP response team
  • Conduct comprehensive testing of SailPoint IIQ configurations and onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans and resolve issues.
  • Coordinate with operations teams for smooth deployment of SailPoint IIQ configurations.
  • Create technical documentation, including design specifications and operational procedures.

  • Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with integration technologies and protocols (REST, SOAP, LDAP, SQL).

  • Relevant certifications, such as SailPoint Certified Identity IQ Architect, preferred.
